So here I am, all ready to chop off my hair! Do I look excited or nervous?
We have to see how truly long my hair was. Yep, down to the middle of my back.
Here's the braid, right before it was chopped off. I was given an out before she chopped it. The moment of truth!
And here it is... 11.5 inches! My goal was 12 inches, but I also decided to cut it a couple months ahead of schedule. I was pleasantly surprised there was THAT much hair! Some lucky bald person is going to have a fantastic wig soon!
And here I am! Can you believe it? I know, you barely recognize me!
I think the last time my hair was this short I was 8 years old and asked a family friend who was a stylist to cut my hair (I was sick of my mom playing with it all day). Otherwise, it has NeVeR been this short!
But,
I LOVE IT!
